You Are Not Separate — You Are Spirit in Expression

There is a universal truth that, when realized, changes everything:
You are not separate from God. You are an expression of the Infinite.

This idea sits at the heart of Science of Mind and many spiritual paths. Ernest Holmes taught that “there is One Life — that Life is God — that Life is perfect — and that Life is my life now.”

We are not outsiders to Divine Presence. We are made of It. Each one of us is a unique, individualized expression of a greater Wholeness.

But how often do we forget this? We feel isolated, unworthy, or distant from love. These feelings don’t mean something is wrong with us — they just point to a thought or belief that’s out of alignment with spiritual truth.

Try this journal prompt to bring clarity:

“Where in my life have I believed I’m separate from Spirit, love, or worth? What if that belief isn’t true?”

Sometimes, simply asking that question opens the door to healing.

Affirm today:

“There is only One Life, and I am one with it.”

Repeat it often. Let it remind you:
You are not broken.
You are not alone.
You are not separate.
You are Spirit in form — here to shine.
